About

Arco Guesthouse is a cosy little bed&breakfast in a quiet neighbourhood in Prague’s Vršovice district, less than 5 minutes from the next tram stop, 15 minutes from the next metro stop and at about 30 minutes walking distance from the city center. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafés in the vicinity, two of them in one of Prague’s most beautiful and romantic parks just around the corner.

It has 4 pretty double rooms, 3 studios and a breakfast café.

The four doubles of the size of approx. 30m2 have a bathroom, a cabinet, a table and chairs, TV, a fridge, a water kettle, a microwave and some kitchenware.

The three studios, approx. 40m2 large, have a small entrance hall, a kitchenette plus kitchenware, kettle and microwave, a bathroom, and a spacious living and bedroom with a TV. The largest studio, room no. 7, is equipped with an additional couch/cot so that it sleeps altogether 4 guests.

You will have a large breakfast spread every morning, offering quite a few local specialities, plenty of literature on Prague, slideshows on what to see and more.

Most important: Communication. Our highlight those past four years has always been the contact to our guests. Whatever they wanted to know we tried to answer. We will tell you what’s good and what not, how to get around, how to avoid tourist traps and crowds, we will recommend places for food and drink as well as tips for theatre, music and other events, we help you not to be lost in translation.

I, the author of these lines, am a hobby (art) historian. I can offer you my individual Walking Seminars to known and unknown places in the city.

We speak German, English, French, Italian and Czech.
